Breakfast at the Casino

 

Ingredients

  • 50ml Casino Blend Gin
  • 15ml Contreau
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 5ml/1 tsp of orange marmalade

Method

  • Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  • Stir well to allow the  marmalade to mix with the liquids
  • Add ice and shake for 20 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled Martini glass 
  • Garnish with orange zest twists

Negroni “T” light

Negroni T light

 

Ingredients

  • 50ml Casino Blend Gin
  • 25ml Vermouth Rosso
  • 25ml Campari
  • 200ml Schweppes 1783 Light Tonic Water

Method

  • Pour all ingredients into a mixer glass over ice.
  • Stir until contents mixed
  • Strain into a glass with a large ice sphere 
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel

 

Negroni Spumante

Negroni Spumante

 

Ingredients

  • 25ml Casino Blend Gin
        • 25ml Campari
        • 25ml Martini Rosso
        • 75ml Prosecco

Method

  • Fill a large Copa glass with ice
  • Pour in the Gin, Campari and Martini Rosso
  • Stir well and top up with  Prosecco
  • Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit

Ingredients

  • 35ml Casino Blend Gin
        • 12.5ml Maraschino Cherry juice
        • 12.5 ml Monin Sugar syrup
        • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
        • 50 ml Schweppes Soda Water

Method

  • Hard shake ingredients in a Boston tin
  • Strain into a high ball glass over cubed ice 
  • Top up with 50 ml Schweppes Soda Water
  • Garnish with maraschino cherry and lemon wedge

The Casino Gold

Ingredients

  • 25 ml Casino Blend Gin
        • 25 ml Golden Rum
        • 25 ml Creme de Cacoa white liqueur
        • 10 ml fresh lemon juice

 

 

Method

    • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
    • Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake gently
    • Strain into a Martini glass
    • Garnish with a maraschino cherry 

The Casino Martinez

 

Ingredients

                • 50ml Casino Blend Gin
        • 25ml Rosso Vermouth
        • 1 barspoon Maraschino Cherry Liquor
        • couple of splashes of Orange Bitters

 

 

 

Method

  • Pour all ingredients into a mixer glass over ice.
  • Stir until contents mixed
  • strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange or lemon slice

Casino Negroni

 

Ingredients

  • 50ml Casino Blend Gin
  • 25ml Vermouth Rosso
  • 25ml Campari or Aperol

 

Method

  • Pour all ingredients into a mixer glass over ice.
  • Stir until contents mixed
  • strain into a glass with a large ice sphere or block
  • garnish with an orange twist or slice

Casino Sunrise

Ingredients

  • 50ml Hubbards Casino Blend Gin
  • 150ml premium plain tonic
  • 1 tsp Campari
  • 1 tsp Fresh orange juice

 

 

 

 

Method

  • Put all ingredients into a glass with lots of ice in the order above.
  • Do not stir or shake.
  • Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry
