Breakfast at the Casino
Ingredients
- 50ml Casino Blend Gin
- 15ml Contreau
- 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 5ml/1 tsp of orange marmalade
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Stir well to allow the marmalade to mix with the liquids
- Add ice and shake for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled Martini glass
- Garnish with orange zest twists
Negroni “T” light
Ingredients
- 50ml Casino Blend Gin
- 25ml Vermouth Rosso
- 25ml Campari
- 200ml Schweppes 1783 Light Tonic Water
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a mixer glass over ice.
- Stir until contents mixed
- Strain into a glass with a large ice sphere
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
Negroni Spumante
Ingredients
- 25ml Casino Blend Gin

- 75ml Prosecco

Method
- Fill a large Copa glass with ice
- Pour in the Gin, Campari and Martini Rosso
- Stir well and top up with Prosecco
- Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit

Casino Sunrise
Ingredients
- 50ml Hubbards Casino Blend Gin
- 150ml premium plain tonic
- 1 tsp Campari
- 1 tsp Fresh orange juice
Method
- Put all ingredients into a glass with lots of ice in the order above.
- Do not stir or shake.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry
